  Price-gougers! Their portions are smaller and their prices are higher! God forbid you want to share something, they'll charge you for that too! Want to call in an order to go? No problem, it's only 10.57 for a "large setup", just in case more than one person would like to eat. That's TEN DOLLARS for QUESO ppl! There's got to be a law against charging so much for something that's FREE with your meal in house! By no means do I feel like I should be able to walk out with as much setup as I want, but be reasonable; give me the free setup that comes with my meal and charge me the 4 or 5 dollars for an extra! I am giving La Luna my business, and fervently hope we get a decent Mexican food restaurant that will put those greedy ppl out of business!

  Let me preface this by saying I used to be a fan of this restaurant. I see other similar reviews and hope management notices that too. My family tried it out one more time recently and, unless something changes, we sadly will not be returning. First, food quality is not great. My burrito was cold, chicken tasted canned, and my tortilla was soggy. Service: I ordered shredded beef and got chicken. My wife ordered fajita salad and was served fajitas. Probably the biggest issue is pricing. I can get much, much higher quality Tex Mex from several restaurants within 10 miles and Carlitos prices are 40 - 50% higher (considering the ticket total for 2 adult and 2 child meals). Given the quality, $7 is steep for a kid meal. $14 is steep for a burrito. If it were the best Mexican food I've ever had, maybe. Again, we used to be a fan. Hope the quality and reasonable prices return soon.
